This report by UNRISD spotlights approaches behind the Gender Responsive Budget (GRB), and government's policy responses in terms of economic ans social policy to address sectoral allocations. The report surveys analysis about the integration of gender in macroeconomic policy and models, with the challenges faced by civil society to integrate policy frameworks in macroeconomic modeling dealing among others with matters of deficit in budget planning.
